My purchase experience of a 2016 Chevy Colorado at Springfield Ford was a delightful one because of Paul. Although, I purchased a Chevy at a Ford dealership Paul was extremely well versed in all makes and models of vehicles. Therefore, he could answer all my questions about the Chevy Truck I wound up purchasing from him. I would definitely shop at Springfield Ford again because of Paul. Don't get me wrong everyone else I can in contact with at Springfield Ford was very nice and helpful, but Paul was exceptional. Shop at Springfield Ford and ask for Paul. Oh! I didn't get paid to say any of these nice things about Paul and he isn't a relative of mine either. I'm just a firm believer in letting it be known when someone does a good job. Thank Paul! More

Bill is a man of integrity and didn't push (not your average car salesman) or try to force me into a deal. I had my last car for 17 years, and I was prepared for the old-fashioned salesman. Bill got us a great deal and found that my perfect car had just arrived on the lot. We were there a long time, but when we left I was driving my new Ford Escape. I will send everyone I know to this dealership. And by the way...stay away from Pacifico Ford. Hard-sell types. Yuck! More
