I had a great experience buying from Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville, including the after purchase care I've received! Justin my sales guy was great and listened to everything I was looking for and was patient as I test drove a couple vehicles to find out what I really wanted. I ended up having them bring in a vehicle from another location and the process was smooth and quick. Tyler my finance guy was thorough and knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up being at the dealership till after closing while we finalized everything and everyone was still so pleasant. Jackson the manager was also a big help! After I got my truck home there were some things to smooth out with her and the service department has been very attentive and accommodating in getting those things taken care of. I look forward to a continued relationship with the dealership as I have my truck taken care of over the period of my warranties and service plan! More
