Waiting room is too small. I had to get up and give my seat to the older ladys that came in. Staff is always friendly and nice. Yesterday, I had an appointment for a routine oil change. I checked in at 1:25, 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I sat there for 2 solid hours and then texted my representative. He stated they were behind. It would have been nice if Francisco would have told me that when I dropped my vehicle off, I would have been able to go do something? About 25 minutes later I was done. I am not one to complain usually, but that was just a really poor way to do business yesterday. Should have gave me a heads up on the delay. More
