I am 76 and I find your service to be the best around. I am talking from Florida to Virginia, and to Maine (retired military). The staff is pleasant, keeps me updated and points out problem areas. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I walked up front and brought a car from a good Salesman named Scott Rose. And, I might add the Sales Department is equally great. I don’t know who is in charge of the Customer Service training but let them know their training works!
The only recommendations I have is to offer another choice of diet sugar other than that nasty sweeten low; like equal. The choice of coffee is great! Lastly, which another service department did in New Jersey, was to put a little bag of fresh pretzels in the car when you were ready to drive away. Now, their service was not as good as yours, but I can still taste those fresh pretzels to this day.
