Hello, my wife and I have been coming there for years and have always received stellar service. I can say for the majority of the time Justin has been my service rep. This last time I called i was trying to have always received stellar service. I can say for the majority of the time Justin has been my service rep. This last time I called i was trying to explain to whoever took the call ( I wish I could remember their name.) was the problem with my truck was. It wasn’t as smooth an appointment as usual. I believe that after Justin stepped in and handled the appointment ( not his job anymore) things got handled. I realize we are probably in the minority of customers that have that Max warranty, but the person on the phone seemed uninterested. I know you just promoted Justin, we’ll GIVE HIM ANOTHER RAISE. Service was good. However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't apply that to the cost of the repair. In effect, I ended up paying $270.00 for labor to install two batteries. I will never use them again and will warn everyone I know about this practice. More
