First time using the service center at Becks. I was very satisfied with the staff and the workmanship done to my vehicle. Everything was done in less than 1 hour. Get a second opinion on any quote. They quoted me almost 6000$ for a repair, where two other places gave me a quote for 1500$ less. And I don’t believe they did their due diligence to actually diagnose the issue, they only plugged in their computer and read the same error code that auto zone did, and charged me 150$+tax for diagnostic fee (which they returned hassle free once I found the real problem, so xxxxxxto them for that) but the real kicker, is they called me and asked me NOT to leave a review. I feel like they would have charged me 6k for work that did NOT need to be done, when it was simply a wire harness that I easily saw by looking under the truck, which shows me they didn’t even do that. Again, I give them xxxxxxfor trying to make it right once the error was pointed out to them, but then it was a slap in the face to ask me not to leave a review, so I wonder how many other people they have convinced not to leave an honest review. Be careful using this service department. I’ve bought several vehicles for this dealership and always had good interactions with the sales department, however from this interaction with the service department, it may make me reconsider using the dealership at all. More
