My wife and I were traveling with our travel trailer when we began to experience an issue with my Ram 1500 rear differential. We contacted the nearest Dodge Dealerships to where we were camping and we were t we began to experience an issue with my Ram 1500 rear differential. We contacted the nearest Dodge Dealerships to where we were camping and we were told that they could accommodate us in ten days. The good folks at Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram told us to bring our vehicle in right away and that they would take a look. Not only did they take a look, but corrected the problem and had us back on the road within three day. The courtesy and professionalism that I received was above and beyond what I saw from the other Dealers in the area and from my local Dealer in my home town. They were also kind enough to drive me to and from they campgrounds where we were staying approximately 30 miles each way. Warmest regards, Tom More

Dealer was unable to correct the problem to the radio which was apparently caused by a factory upgrade. The installation of a new radio exhibited the same problem as the original radio.
