We found this dealer through the Costco car buying program or would not have gone out to Manteca. Justin Darling did the follow up and answered many of our questions via phone and email before we cam program or would not have gone out to Manteca. He worked with his manger to find the color we wanted and after the purchase walked us through how to do the settings and get going. He is a very competent young man, even tempered and not pushy. My sales consultant, David, was a pleasure to work with. What stood out immediately was the complete lack of pressure and upselling; the entire process was defined by its transparency. David provided the best lease quote for a 2026 EV9, but I was hesitant about the one-hour drive, fearing the numbers might change upon arrival. To alleviate my concerns, David proactively sent an official, detailed quote and assured me it was firm. He was true to his word. Upon arriving, the efficiency was remarkable.
