I started looking at a model on the lot and was happy to find a close 2nd. Sam was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, friendly, funny and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all the features and set up the app on my phone. The entire process (including financing) was seamless. Got a great SUV for a great deal. Go to Kia Country Manteca if you want to feel comfortable asking a million questions and not having any pressure to make a purchase. Also, glad I only have to drive a few blocks to the service dept.
