Too bad they can't experience what Mercedes of Cary can do for them. Sabrina was my service advisor and she was excellent. She went above and beyond what she had to do and honored every request I made. She had the service tech talk with me to answer some of my questions. She also made arrangements for me to be driven to pick up a rental car and had me just leave the rental upon my return and she had her staff call the rental company to come and pick it up. I am really happy to see that you have no plans at this time to stop servicing the Smart cars. I also had a nice experience with Donald in parts and Becky as cashier. I wish I lived closer. More
