When another Kia dealership tells me that they can't come close to the deal I'm getting at Parkside Kia, you know it's a good deal. Very happy with the price and the whole process. This won't be my last Kia purchase from Parkside Kia I'm sure. More

Together, Justin and Chris were amazingly patient and accommodating throughout the entire negotiating process. Mike was also great. He explained all documents thoroughly and quickly, highlighting the most important documents to ensure I was kept on the up and up the entire time. I’ve had an experience in finance at a previous Kia dealership where we were extremely pressured to purchase additional products in finance and were treated with a sour attitude after refusal. This was the polar opposite. Mike’s professionalism never changed throughout the signing process. I will highly recommend Parkside Kia, Chris, Justin and Mike to anyone and everyone. More

He was trustworthy and took the time needed to make me comfortable with the purchase. Justin apparently forgot that he had included the warranty level and it came into question at the signing. It was the difference of $200 so he offered to meet me half way on the number... ONLY because everything else had been a good experience, I didn't argue the point and met him half way. I would recommend this dealership in the future More
