My name is Justin Grant and this is my first job in the automobile indusrty. I was lucky to land a job at Subaru of Wakefield where the customer satisfaction takes a presidente over everything else. I have been with them now for 5 years and I am a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza that I purchased at Subaru of Wakefield before I started working there. I treat my customers the way I wanted to be treated when I was on the buying end of things. When you ask for me you will get nothing but a honest and straight forward offer.

Efficient, great price, friendly staff. We negociated through internet and phone. When we arrived to pay for the Impreza with the car not yet seen there was no surprises despite warnings from other deale through internet and phone. Wife and I went there for a new car. Justin was really knowledgeable, guided us in another direction better suiting our needs (actually saving us some money and not trying to push us - very surprising for knowledgeable, guided us in another direction better suiting our needs (actually saving us some money and not trying to push us - very surprising for a car dealership). Pros: * Everyone there knows Subs in and out, most guys seem to own one * A Master technician on site Cons: * Not the cheapest on price * Long waiting times sometimes * Service guys seemed stressed out (too much work?) I have purchased many vehicles and I must say this was a very pleasant change for me. Everything went well and they delivered a great all around experience for me!!
