Airbag recall I called several Ford service departments within the 55 miles of my work and home. I had a letter from Ford Motor Company about the recall and rental I called several Ford service departments within the 55 miles of my work and home. I had a letter from Ford Motor Company about the recall and rental car offer. Most just said we're out of rental cars, we don't have parts, it'll be a long time before we get parts. When I called McClarty Ford in North Little Rock, they were on top of it: told me they were out of Ford rentals but had sublet rental set up, no parts yet but let's open a service ticket for you. Their customer service was great each time I called, texted, or went in. More
