Super Service To Stranded Traveler Had fuel pump issues that left me stranded half way between home and my destination. Justin was able to work me in (on a holiday) and got me back on Had fuel pump issues that left me stranded half way between home and my destination. Justin was able to work me in (on a holiday) and got me back on the road in less than 24 hours (had to get part overnighted from Memphis). I am so happy with the service and how I was treated, that I will probably drive the 160 miles from home for future service needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you! More

Brought car in to have a recall fixed I broke my car in for a Rico 6. The sales manager said that recalls do not expire. I said OK go back and fix it. The power steering was messed up and I broke my car in for a Rico 6. The sales manager said that recalls do not expire. I said OK go back and fix it. The power steering was messed up and would not turn easily. He said that my car was out of warranty because you they couldn't fix it on the ricoh. In wanted $2000 to fix it. Right after he told me that recalls don't expire. They told me it was broken and that it need to to be fixed. The ricoh should pay to fix this period that is what the recall was 4. Faulty steering. More

I wouldn't piss on this company if it was on fire So I bought a 2011 F150 FX4 and have had it serviced there for EVERYTHING except 1 oil change that happened when I was in Colorado. On numerous occasi So I bought a 2011 F150 FX4 and have had it serviced there for EVERYTHING except 1 oil change that happened when I was in Colorado. On numerous occasions, there have been recommendations that shouldn't have come up if somebody actually looked in the computer and actually paid attention to this fact. In December of last year I purchased a 2018 F150 and gave the 2011 truck to an employee to drive. He called and made an appointment for an oil change (on the 2011) and brought it in 15 minutes early on the 25th of September. I have always paid for the EXPENSIVE Full synthetic oil (as should be recorded in the computer..?) and when making the appointment, he asked for "The same oil change as usual" Not only did they put in REGULAR OIL but they also recommended that it get new spark plugs. You know, the 100,000 mile spark plugs that were replaced when I had the 100,000 mile tune up done AT THIS LOCATION. It has 131,000 or so miles on it now. This kind of thing basically makes me feel like you guys are a bunch of crooks just trying to take advantage of people. I will say that I have heard that my regular service writer was on vacation BUT THIS SHOULDN'T MATTER. LOOK IN THE COMPUTER!!!! If I had the time to drive to a different dealership, TRUST ME I WOULD! I've had my own business for almost 27 years and I can tell you this, if I ran it the way this place is run, I'd have been out of business a long time ago. I looked at the "guidelines" and took out several "words" that truly expressed where I'm at with all this but I can honestly say that I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this whole situation. I've been in touch with a person who said they would come and pick up the truck and fix this but if this company just did what was asked and did it right I wouldn't be on a computer dealing with it right now... More

Absolutely amazing First time having my explorer here. The moment I pulled on the drive I was impressed with how fast Justin was there to help me.
