I telephoned to schedule an oil change plus a transmission flush/filter change. The next day, their automated notification system sent me an email reminder that I was scheduled for a cooling syst transmission flush/filter change. The next day, their automated notification system sent me an email reminder that I was scheduled for a cooling system flush, even though I had wanted a transmission flush. So I had to telephone again to get my order changed from cooling system to transmission flush. I asked the guy how much the transmission flush would cost. He quoted around $400. When I arrived for service at the dealership, they said the transmission service would be over $700. When I asked about the $300 increase, she said it was because of the filter change. Poor customer service. Never did what they said they said they would do.. 5 different times they said they would call.
