I telephoned to schedule an oil change plus a transmission flush/filter change. The next day, their automated notification system sent me an email reminder that I was scheduled for a cooling syst transmission flush/filter change. The next day, their automated notification system sent me an email reminder that I was scheduled for a cooling system flush, even though I had wanted a transmission flush. So I had to telephone again to get my order changed from cooling system to transmission flush. I asked the guy how much the transmission flush would cost. He quoted around $400. When I arrived for service at the dealership, they said the transmission service would be over $700. When I asked about the $300 increase, she said it was because of the filter change. It doesn’t seem like the service manager is motivated to fix my 2020 Silverado. The factory GPS does not work and it hadn’t in four months. She even stated she’s having trouble with hers. Poor customer service. Never did what they said they said they would do.. 5 different times they said they would call.
