Dealer did not have vehicle when it was suppose to arrive and has been unwilling to work with me on undoing the purchase. Sales staff has been untruthful. One sales manager said that he would talk with the and has been unwilling to work with me on undoing the purchase. Sales staff has been untruthful. One sales manager said that he would talk with the owner and said that they wanted to work with me and would work out the situation and then another sales manager says No. They apparently never spoke with the owner. Different sales manager now says that nothing can be done and will do nothing. I haven't even given them money down for the vehicle, yet they demand that I come and pick it up and that if I do not come and pick it up they will start to charge me a storage fee. More

This is the worst service dept I have ever used for my vehicle. I dropped my car off for an oil change and when I picked up the car it had paint damage on the rear of the car. After looking at the car they recommened a shop to get it repaired but I had to cover the $550 cost of repair as they would not repair my car to the condition it was in when they sold it to me or when I droopped it off for an oil change More

My Name is Jim Waddle. We purchased our 2020 Chevrolet Traverse in Feb of 2022. The Sales Manager and team did a excellent job of helping us purchase it and we were pleased We purchased our 2020 Chevrolet Traverse in Feb of 2022. The Sales Manager and team did a excellent job of helping us purchase it and we were pleased with their interactions during the process. In all, the car was in excellent shape but had some minor exterior body issues that were corrected. In early Aug of 2022, the service contract that we purchased, said it was time for an oil change. I dropped the car off at the service department and picked it up late in the evening. When I got home I noticed that there was significant damage to the tail gate, so the next morning I took it back and had the service manager look at it. She is not a customer friendly person and refused to admit that the visible damage occurred at the dealership while it was there for service. I went and talked with the service manager and he arranged to have the tailgate repaired. However I had to pay $550 for the repair (dealer cost) and there is still the chrome strip on the tail gate that will cost a couple of hundred to replace. I did not expect to pay $500-$600 for an oil change. I give the sales department and team an excellent rating and the service department a very poor rating. which means the dealership gets a poor rating. I will be notifying all of my friends in Walla Walla of how this dealership treated me. More
