We had a great experience finding our vehicle with Mike the salesman. He was kind and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. I was disappointed with the financing experience. In the end, we did get a fantastic rate on an extended warranty, but the individual who helped us was extremely pushy with the extended warranty plan. I don’t recall his name, but he was new and being trained during our visit. I said we weren’t interested many times and he made us feel stupid for not accepting any warranty plan. Eventually, he did offer a rate that was acceptable, but I feel he didn’t respect my request to wave the warranty. Overall though, a wonderful experience! More
