No pressure and I got the car I wanted My 2012 Ford warranty was expiring, and I started to think of a new vehicle. I looked at Jeeps and Fords. Nothing really jumped out at me. I loved My 2012 Ford warranty was expiring, and I started to think of a new vehicle. I looked at Jeeps and Fords. Nothing really jumped out at me. I loved my 7 year old Ford, so I knew it was going to be a tough decision. I decided that I may like leasing. After ruling out another Ford. I ended up at Nissan. I drove a Rogue as a rental car previously and liked it. I like AWD, because I don’t particularly like driving in snow. I walked up to Justin Hill at Nissan and had so many questions about leasing. I liked Justin from the time I walked up to him. In ways, he seemed like a friend, helping me along. He was very calm, very patient and very knowledgeable. I test drove a gorgeous black Rogue with 2 tone interior. As much as I liked it, it had more features than I would ever use. And I wanted a smaller payment. I disappeared for a while, but researched to find exactly what model I wanted. I decided on the Midnight version and contacted some other dealers, that showed on the web that they had this model. None of them were as nice and helpful as Justin was. Those other dealers kept calling me, emailing and stressing me. They were trying to push me into something I didn’t want. It was about a month later when I got a follow up email from Justin and I replied asking about the Nissan Rogue Midnight version in Black. Very quickly, he got me what I wanted. When I pulled into the lot and saw the vehicle, I had an immediate smile on my face. Next came working out my trade in and the numbers for my payment amount. I have to admit that I was not an easy customer. I am very particular about everything. Justin understood and helped me through everything. After my purchase, he was still helping me with questions that I had. You get all excited and overwhelmed with such a large purchase and once you start driving the car, you find that there are many things that you forgot to ask. He was available through any questions and problems that I had. A recall took me back to the service department and how nice was it that Justin stopped back to say hello. Like I said, he was more like a friend helping me. No pressure what-so-ever. And because of him, I bought my car from this dealership. I found the service department to be very accommodating. I think, his name is RJ. He is very nice and kept the car in the garage when completed, so I wouldn’t get wet in the cool, rainy weather. I liked the large window that allows us to see our vehicles being worked on. Others that were helpful: Allan in finance was great and the info he gave me was spot on. The sales managers were helpful. My apologies that I don’t remember everyone’s names. I was due back, cash/check for my trade-in and as promised, the check arrived within 10 days. Justin Hill (sales/lease consultant) is awesome. In 3 years when I need my next vehicle, I hope he is still there and if so, he will be my choice to sell me my next vehicle. More
