Frantastic Experience - Exceeded all Expectations In my opinion, #1 Cochran Nissan is the BEST dealership in the area. Other dealerships that I've visited were friendly, however, I felt pressured to In my opinion, #1 Cochran Nissan is the BEST dealership in the area. Other dealerships that I've visited were friendly, however, I felt pressured to make a decision quicker than I was prepared to do; with Nissan and in particular, Justin Hill, I DID NOT feel any pressure. I started this process in early May, but because of personal problems and a terminal illness with my mom, I had to postpone my purchase until late July. When the day finally arrived, Justin was fully prepared with total costs, required money at time of signing and what my monthly payment would be for my chose of vehicle. Because of financial responsibilities, Justin offered me 3 absolutely great options. I chose the 2018 Kicks; I love it! It is within my budget, looks great, drives very well and is a great color;Deep Pearl Blue. Justin and Paul were wonderful to work with and in the end, I feel confident that I have two new friends. They are both tremendous assets to #1 Cochran Nissan. Knowledgeable, professional, understanding and kind. I will always choose #1 Cochran Nissan. Keep up the good work! More

Before I came in Justin was already emailing me helpful information. When I got there he was amazing at helping me find exactly what I needed and going through all the options. Without being overbearing, he helped me realize the Rogue with the best package was the way to go, and I'm thankful every day because I love my car. I had to go to the dealership a few times due to some transfer paperwork, and I actually looked forward to it and will definitely stop back in sometime to visit all of them. Justin is very knowledgeable and approachable, and I was very grateful for his help with my first brand new car purchase. I highly recommend him and this dealership to others. More

Justin and I emailed numerous times before we set foot in the showroom, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. When we came into West Hills Nissan, Justin greeted us promptly and treated us like welcomed guests. So many other dealerships that we visited could care less whether we had questions (or even existed in their showroom), whereas Justin took great care in helping us with our car purchase. He even met me this morning on his way to work to give me the missing floor mats for our car! The mats were missing because the dealer that West Hills Nissan traded with (in Ohio) made an error. Justin to the rescue! Beyond Justin, each of the team members at West Hills Nissan were kind, courteous, and respectful. When we are in the market for another car, we will absolutely pay them a visit. More
