The building is modern and they have a great space to display their sleek cars and host the purchase negotiations. Chris, who mans the reception desk among other duties, is a terrific lady. Took our infinity in for some relatively minor warranty work near the end of our coverage, and the dealer discovered a transmission problem that we h Took our infinity in for some relatively minor warranty work near the end of our coverage, and the dealer discovered a transmission problem that we had not previously considered to be significant. It turned out the entire tranny needed to be replaced, and they did it per our warranty We were amazed that they not only covered, but diagnosed the problem for us, when we did not raise it as an issue. As a result, we confidently purchased another extended warrantee while we were there to cover our vehicle for four more years. Outstanding customer support by Leonard and the team at the Garcia Infinity!! More

At Garcia Infiniti it was a completely awesome experience from start to finish. Ken our sales guy was super friendly and helpful the entire process as was everyone at the dealership. Justin the finance guy was also so very helpful along the process. Brandon the manager also went out of his way to make sure we were being taken care of the whole time. One of the biggest things for me is how they also treated my 9 year old daughter. There are times when we are at places and because she is a kid they ignore her, but not here they all introduced themselves to her just as they did to us and made her feel important in the process. As a parent that went a long way for me. This dealership has won my business going forward and am so glad we decided to make our vehicle purchase from them. More
