Justin doesn't pressure us, he lets us choose what we want, instead of choosing for us, and then once we have chosen a vehicle he works so hard to make it happen...and it happens every single time! And a big heads up to Chris York too...can't forget about him...he makes signing all those papers painless!!! He is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Chris explained every thing and answered every question we had...he made us feel very comfortable and at ease! We went to the dealership to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike was very helpful However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike was very helpful by listening and answering all our questions. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision or a purchase. This is one reason we returned to the dealership to make our purchase. Mike took time to explain the systems of the vehicle after our purchase and offered to be of assistance if at any time we had any questions. He has followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle and to see if we had any questions. Excellent customer service. More

We researched cars online and found the car we wanted at We researched cars online and found the car we wanted at your dealership even though we had a Ford dealership 1/2 mile from our home in Milford, OH We researched cars online and found the car we wanted at your dealership even though we had a Ford dealership 1/2 mile from our home in Milford, OH (Cincinnati area). I had talked to Mike Schmidt on the phone about some cars on Friday or Saturday and he was very pleasant on the phone going over some fiqures. My wife and I decided to drive up to Vandalia Sunday afternoon to test drive a Focus and a Fusion. We really like the 2012 Fusion SEL (especially the interior)and decided to test drive a 2013 Ford Focus also after driving the Fusion. Even though Mike was the salesman we were dealing with, we talked, at lenghth (15 minutes), after driving the Fusion initially, to another salesman, Mark Lindenauer, while Mike was finishing up with another customer. He is the one that set us up on the test drive of the 2013 Focus. He was very professional and courteous even though he knew we would probably be purchasing a car from Mike Schmidt. That's impressive, and says a lot about the dealership. We made our decision to purchase the 2012 Ford Fusion SEL and that's when we met with your financial man, Kevin Berger. He, also, was very professional and got us on the way through the transaction quickly. After this process, we spent some time going over the necessay things about the car with Mike. During this process, we also met you tech man, Justin Jacobs, who helped Mike and us with setting up the Ford Sync with my smart phone. Beau Townsend Ford in Vandalia, OH should be very proud of these employees we were so lucky to have met during our buying experience. This dealership exudes a family-like atmosphere and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealer will come away very satisfied with their decision to go there. Thanks, Harry Roth More
