Our salesman Larry Dorman was great to deal with, we are 3rd away and we’re able to do most of our transaction via phone calls, texts and emails. Even though we had a minor issue within 24hr of picking our 3rd away and we’re able to do most of our transaction via phone calls, texts and emails. Even though we had a minor issue within 24hr of picking our car up the dealer has been very faithful so far to make it right and allow us to get repairs at our local dealership. If possible we will try to do business with them again. More

Never had bad service I have just bought my second Explorer from Beau, I feel I had a fair trade in and good service. But honestly it is the service department that rates high in my mind. Not only is the work done right and in a timely fashion but someone is there asking how you are would you like coffee. The best I saw was the day a little boy was given a box of animal crackers. So simple but gracious. Keep up the good work. More

Mike Schmidt was our salesman, he answered every question my wife and I had. My first contact with Mike was over the phone. Mike actually quoted me 2 different cars, one as a base model and one with more options and nice to have. We ended up going with the nicer car because we wanted to not because there was any pressure. My wife and I really feel he did his best to get the car we wanted in the price range that worked for us. I did a lot of research online of the value of comparable cars and Beau Townsend came in with very good pricing for what we purchased!! This is a dealership I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Overall it was a great buying experience again and I will go back when I purchase another vehicle. More

The internet quote I requested was answered promptly and followed up with a phone call. A test drive was scheduled, and the Fusion was up front and ready when we arrived. At no time were we pressured to "buy today", the overall sales experience was very different from what I expected. The internet quote was honored with no questions. As a retiree from Honda I am eligible for employee pricing on comparable vehicles. The price quote I received was far better than my pricing on an equivalent Honda vehicle. Now that I have had the Fusion for several weeks, I am very pleased with it. This is the first non-Honda product that I have driven in over 20 years, More
