More often than not if you find a dealer that has the sales side of the business in order then the service is less than it could be or service is great and sales is lacking, not so at Beau Townsend. They have the whole package put together very well. Justin Jacobs and Kevin Berger did an outstanding job for me. When I walk into Beau Townsend Ford I feel like I am at home, very welcome and you're treated like family.. The service department is outstanding in the way they treat you as well, just like an old friend. With speedy acknowledgement of your arrival and displaying respect and concern for your problem or whatever reason you may have for the visit. That's why since March 2013, Mom and Dad, myself, my Daughter and my Son have purchased FIVE new Ford's from Beau Townsend Ford! My experience was great. Justin showed me the vehicle, answered questions, had great knowledge, and looked at all angles. Ken Emrick covered the financing extremely well, even beating the pre-arranged financing I had brought with me. Everyone was very friendly, treated me well, used no pressure tactics, and inspired me with their openness and frankness. I have found my dealership and my sales rep for the future. I will enthusiastically recommend Beau Townsend. More

Doing business with Justin was a pleasure. We (my wife and I) were looking for a fourth car (crazy I know) but it's our reality, and I could have bought any car really...we're Volvo fans but we were curio and I) were looking for a fourth car (crazy I know) but it's our reality, and I could have bought any car really...we're Volvo fans but we were curious about the Focus having done a fun test ride a while back. We were not too happy with the dealership or the deal we were offered at Interstate as I recall...very typical. At the time it felt like a number crunching exercise...not the kind of relationship we were looking for. After years of going foreign we were interested in a Ford, so we happened to drive by your dealership last weekend. On Sunday, to avoid the typical shark salesmen! And when I saw someone approach I was dreading the interaction. Justin came up, very u assuming and friendly, not trying to pressure us but trying to understand what we wanted so that he could accommodate us! Imagine that.... not the usual interaction. Anyway, he was friendly, informative, helpful and with a true customer service attitude. That sealed the deal and 48 hrs later we drove home with a brand new Focus Hatchback. My wife of 48 yrs was behind the wheel of a bright red hatchback feeling like a racer and so happy I can't describe! Found the 2013 Ford Fusion 2.0l SE that I wanted, enjoyable experience, able to answer ALL of my questions. Although the vehicle I picked did not come with leather interior, Justin made it happen an enjoyable experience, able to answer ALL of my questions. This was the third new vehicle purchase we have made in our family in about a year, and was by far the best. From driving up to the dealership to driving out with my new 2013 Ford Fusion, the entire process only took a few short hours and was seamless. Thumbs up to the folks at Beau Townsend!!! More
