During internet research, I loved the Ford Fusion's aggressive new look. I was leaning away from the Fusion, however, due to the higher price and lower fuel mileage compared to the Nissan Altima, Hond aggressive new look. I was leaning away from the Fusion, however, due to the higher price and lower fuel mileage compared to the Nissan Altima, Honda Accord, and Mazda 6. I decided to visit Beau Townsend since they had both Ford and Nissan vehicles available, so I could compare the Altima and the Fusion in person. Justin Jacobs assisted me in my comparison of the two vehicles. Justin exhibited robust knowledge of both vehicles, a friendly and helpful--yet not pushy--demeanor, and efficient response time in arranging a test drive of each vehicle. Without Justin's knowledge, demeanor, and efficiency, I likely would not have made a purchase that day. Once I took the test drive of the Fusion, the car sold itself. I was possibly ready to walk away from the Fusion's great looks on account of the price and fuel mileage, but I could not walk away from the combination of the looks and incredible performance. Justin negotiated well over the Fusion's sale price and the trade-in value of my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. He remained respectful throughout the negotiation, while maintaining good bearing from a business standpoint. J.R. Rash was very courteous in congratulating me on my new purchase, and Kevin Berger performed the financial transaction quickly and efficiently. The staff at Beau Townsend that handled this transaction were great. As a result, I purchased my first Ford product, having only ever owned a General Motors vehicle. I feel confident that I will purchase many more Fords due to the product and this purchasing experience. Well done. More

I want to first tell you about my experience at my local dealer. I went to my local dealer first where I found their lack of new car inventory disappointing. I really wanted to test drive a Fusion Hybrid dealer. I went to my local dealer first where I found their lack of new car inventory disappointing. I really wanted to test drive a Fusion Hybrid but they didn't have anything to drive I asked them several questions and since they didn't have what I wanted they tried to fit me in to what they had on their lot. I found that irritating and frustrating. Beau Townsend experience, I then called Beau Townsend where I talked to Justin Jacobs on the phone and he invited me in to see the cars and get some answers on the hybrid technology. Upon my arrival at Beau I was blown away at the friendliness of the staff, I met with Justin where I found him very pleasant to work with and answered my questions regarding the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Since my wife was at home in Troy, with our newborn. Justin let me test drive 2 cars a fusion 1.6L and a fusion hybrid. I drove each home that late afternoon to let her see them and drive them around the block. After driving the hybrid it was clear that was our choice. After taking it back I went home to discuss things with my wife, I went back the next day even though Justin was very busy I chose to wait because I didn't really make an appointment with him anyways. He offered if I would like to drive it again while I waited. Bottom line I could go on and on but I felt that Beau Townsend not only wanted my business they also wanted to get me in the right car based on my needs and wants. Awsome staff and awsome knowledge! The experience was so great because of Justin Jacobs and Chris York. It is always great with Justin! He is why we come back to Beau Townsend every time we need a new vehicle. He LISTENS to our needs, he knows what we want, he knows our budget and he makes it happen...every single time!!! Justin doesn't pressure us, he lets us choose what we want, instead of choosing for us, and then once we have chosen a vehicle he works so hard to make it happen...and it happens every single time! And a big heads up to Chris York too...can't forget about him...he makes signing all those papers painless!!! He is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Chris explained every thing and answered every question we had...he made us feel very comfortable and at ease! We went to the dealership to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike was very helpful However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike was very helpful by listening and answering all our questions. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision or a purchase. This is one reason we returned to the dealership to make our purchase. Mike took time to explain the systems of the vehicle after our purchase and offered to be of assistance if at any time we had any questions. He has followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle and to see if we had any questions. Excellent customer service. More
