Horrible purchase experience! My salesman Justin was great, but after waiting 10 months for my new 2022 F150 to arrive, I was notified on delivery day that it would not come out o My salesman Justin was great, but after waiting 10 months for my new 2022 F150 to arrive, I was notified on delivery day that it would not come out of park and needed to be repaired which could take weeks. I spoke to the technician who had no idea what the problem was and had no idea how long it would take to fix. Meantime, the sunroof in my 2015 F150 kept jamming so I asked the sales manger if they could take a look at it as a courtesy while I await my new truck. Big mistake! According to the sales manager Eric, they were not going to fix a truck so I could sell it and the trouble with my new truck was Fords problem and not theirs, so if I wanted to cancel the order it didn't bother them and they would just sell my truck to someone else! Terrible response! I promptly reported the entire incident to Ford Corporate and cancelled the order. Very disappointed in the entire experience. They obviously do not care about their customers! I will wait a month and order a 2023 from a different dealer. More

I use to be in sales, it was cut throat. I have been going to Eagle River Ford now for 5 years and won’t ever go anywhere else. In my time purchasing vehicles and servicing my vehicles I’ve had time to going to Eagle River Ford now for 5 years and won’t ever go anywhere else. In my time purchasing vehicles and servicing my vehicles I’ve had time to observe the teamwork with Rhonda, Justin, and Dave. I have worked with and have talked to those three multiple times and can’t find a negative thing about them. They work together, there so knowledgeable, and would stop what there doing to help me even if it doesn’t benefit them personally. Generally people now days don’t give positive feedback when they are well deserving and anyone who is looking for a relaxed, fun, non pushy buying environment I recommend stopping in and talking to any of those three. They are the reason I will be a customer for life! More

I bought a used ’13 F150 here in December. I drove a couple hundred miles to get this truck because it was priced well and was exactly what I was looking for After getting home and having it a few days couple hundred miles to get this truck because it was priced well and was exactly what I was looking for After getting home and having it a few days I noticed a coolant leak (water pump) and a 4wd issue (IWE’s) both common issues. I don’t fault the dealer for not catching these issues, because in the end they stood behind their truck. After speaking with the service manager, he offered to fix the issues and gave me a new truck to drive in the meantime. They were even willing to pay for a Ford dealer closer to me to fix the problems instead of having to drive the 200 miles back to them. Absolutely A+ Customer service on their part. They could have easily left me to fix these issues on my own, since I did buy the truck ‘As Is’ and they had no obligation technically to fix anything. A used vehicle is always going to be a greater risk than a brand new truck but at least I know that if anything does go wrong with a truck this dealer sells, they’ll do what it takes to make things right. Below average From sales to service just have not been happy at all. Service department always makes excuses and says it’s not their fault if something goes wrong.
