Had a gear shift module, GSM, fault while out of. town... Josh sent me the TSB on this so I could have it looked at a dealership where I was...they verified the GSM was bad... error happened again at town... Josh sent me the TSB on this so I could have it looked at a dealership where I was...they verified the GSM was bad... error happened again at home...Josh was able to get it taken care of the next day... he is one of the reasons I will continue to buy at Eagle River Ford.
