He started out in the Car Wash and worked his way up to Service Advisor, where he has done an excellent job for the past 4 years, and has even become Master Certified. Justin graduated from Thomas More College in August of 2011, and is excited to continue his career with Mercedes-Benz.

Great service and seems to go out of the way in explaining things. Like the friendly attitude of employees. The little get-togeathers are great also. I love dealing with MB of Cinn. There is never any pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her. Having an assigned service tech is great. Charlene keeps both our Mercedes in top working order. And while I am usually in a hurry to get going when I drop my car off for service, she always takes time to explain what needs to be done and answer my questions. More
