Justin honestly listened to our needs and walked us through all the features of each vehicle to see what fit our family best. He also helped to find what I know to be the best deal on our minivan. With the Town & Country being replaced by the new Pacifica, stock of the T&C was almost gone. They had two left, one which really fit our budget. And while we went home to think about the decision to lease the van, Justin made sure the van wasn't bought out from under us, and even texted when someone else was interested in our van. So not only did he personalize the car buying experience to our needs, he also made himself personally available. I felt absolutely no pressure from him or Klaben during this process.
