After several weeks of comparing vehicles on the internet and visiting many dealerships we decided to check out Klaben in Kent. We started at Klaben Ford and drove the Escape and still had not made a decision so our salesman Mike Cooney suggested we go see Justin Bolin across the street and look at the Jeep's. Mike shared that Justin was an awesome saleman that knew his product and was very knowledgeable about the technology available. So, we went across the street and asked for Justin. Justin was friendly, no preasure, listened to our questions, not pushy, everything that you would hope for in a car buying experience. We were very happy with the amount of money we got for our trade in and Justin worked for us to get us a deal we could live with.
