After buying my car and taking it for service at least 3- 4 times and ask them to fix a raddle nose that turned out to be a major known problem in the exhaust system for these GMC Arcadia's Carl Black Orland 4 times and ask them to fix a raddle nose that turned out to be a major known problem in the exhaust system for these GMC Arcadia's Carl Black Orlando not only ignored the problem they never addressed and always ignored. I took it to another GMC dealer and immediately they found the problem when driving into the service department they say, "Sir you have a problem with the exhaust system" and I said to them, I have been asking my home dealer Carl Black Orlando to fix it, and they have said they can't find the problem. I told them I have an extended warranty and imagine my surprise when they said the manufacture warranty is expired and to my surprise the extended warranty I purchase at Carl Black Orlando expired at the same time the manufacturing warranty. I called Carl Black Orlando to ask what was going on with my extended warranty and they said, well it's a third party, it's expired, and there's nothing we can do about it. What a rip off, that is not what I purchase at the time I purchase my vehicle from the dealer. This is a total disappointment. When researching, the GMC's Arcadia's have a KNOWN exhaust problem that has yet to be recognized for a RECALL so the consumer like me, now has to dish our $2,000 to fix my car because Carl Black Orlando ignore me the 4 times, I took my car for service when I asked them to check the noise. I am sure Carl Black Orlando knew that the noise was a known exhaust system issue, and they refuse to fix it. More

1-24-25 Hour and a half for oil change today. I watched 9 personal in the service center just sitting behind the desk absolutely not doing a dam thing. Besides just playing on their phones. When my truck was done it was a $150 for and oil change. Absolutely blew my mind, I guess when you have that much over head doing nothing. Somebody's gotta pay. Crazy!!! More

My truck is 2 years old with 30,000 miles and there were several warranty issues. When I arrived, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days and they did not tell me this when I scheduled several warranty issues. When I arrived, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days and they did not tell me this when I scheduled the appointment. I had to fight with them to get a loaner car which took 5 days to get, thus leaving me without a vehicle. They failed to provide updates, thus leaving me in limbo and calling to check the status every few days in which I was continuously told we don't know when your vehicle will be ready. The vendor used to replace my leaking back window also broke molding in my truck, thus I had to wait longer for the replacement molding. Almost 2 weeks later I go to pick up my truck, I walk in the service area where 10 guys are stand and not one of them says how may I help you. Then once I get someone's attention they hand the keys over to someone else to bring the car up and said He's good to go. I had to ask for paperwork and then ask if they did everything. They pulled the truck up with tape still over the back window, I asked is that still needed, no they just forgot to take it off. Very unprofessional and have no customer service, I will never take my truck here again. More
