Superb car buying experience!! My wife and I have searched for her replacement vehicle for over a month between multiple dealerships. I have to say Honda of Columbia was by far the most accommodating and helpful. Robert Burgess in particular went above and beyond fielding questions and concerns through multiple texts and phone calls with me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable of the 3 different models of Honda Odysseys we test drove, a few of them multiple times. He was very patient with my family even helping put in my 1 year olds car seat so my wife could test drive it while I was working. He even held her and played with her when she was fussy, Robert is just an all around great guy. When it came down to making an offer the finance side was a great help getting us a great rate in a timely manner. All in all I would've been satisfied with our car buying experience with or without Robert, However because of Robert I know exactly who to call when I am ready to trade and upgrade my car. (Also talked to Preston and Justin in the service department they lent their expertise to help me decide on the make and model and which ones to avoid. Great guys who know their stuff, definitely coming back for all my maintenance and servicing needs!) More
