From my initial chat with Chelsey on the internet, to I drove two hours to purchase my new Ford F-150 from Sunset Ford, and I'd of drove ten more! From my initial chat with Chelsey on the internet, to the excellent sales team of Craig and Larry, and the final paperwork with Justin, I just can't say enough about their excellent customer service. Craig took the time to explain everything and I felt like I was at a small hometown dealership, something I wasn't expecting from a big city dealership. Craig was upfront and honest and worked for me, something else I wasn't expecting from a salesman. Justin made sure I was getting the best deal on my loan and took the time to show me multiple options for financing my truck. He took the time to explain the extended warranties and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Overall I would recommend taking the time to check out Sunset Ford, they make the car buying experience fun again. First time in a very long time that I didn't feel like I had to work hard for my deal, instead I felt like the dealership was working for me. Again, THANK YOU Sunset Ford.... You guys are the best. As I entered the dealership I was immediately greated by salesman Casey Fowler. Casey simply asked what brought me in and was able to control his salesmanship enough to stop listen and write down what I was interested in. This is huge in a time where the internet tells you what your getting with limited descriptions. Casey went right to work looking for a vehicle to fit my needs. Casey was able to locate a vehicle within fifteen minutes of my inquiry. Casey was extremely knowlegable and able to explain every little gadget. When it came to working out the details Casey was up front with all fees add one and explained the processes that were to follow. After agreement of sale, Justin came along and finalized the sale. Justin completed all explanation of possible warranty coverages to protect my investment with no hesitation to breakdown each question. This is awesome, no pushing what so ever. After Justin took my payment I was thank and was invited back for any future needs. Casey then met me Leaving the cashiers office and took me to my vehicle. Where Sales Manager Larry Sidberry came out an gave his thanks and appreciation for being a loyal customer. Sunset Ford has the best customer service!!! In addition Casey Fowler needs a raise or at least a bonus his humor was on point during decision making it's what actually sold the vehicle.... Thank you Casey I will return!!!! More

You have to care about your client and get to know a little about them as a person, not just try and sell them a car and this is exactly what Bach did! He was absolutely wonderful to deal with and made our buying experience on the used car lot easy, and stress free. He listened (huge plus) he was kind, he was not trying to feed us a line of crap and he knew I had done my research and he respected that. The business office was fast and efficient. They had to stay open for us and did not make us come back to finish the paperwork the next day. They were generous on our trade in. We have been to multiple dealerships over the past two weeks and I could not say enough good about Sunset. Run! Do not walk or drive too slow and go take a look! They have a wonderful selection of new and used cars. We were blessed to get to drive away with a one owner, gently driven, immaculate Toyota Highlander. We are also thankful they posted it on Auto Trader which is what led us to their dealership. More

The price was right and my trade was fairly priced to make the deal. Justin Lombard in finance was not high pressure either and I was on my way in no time. I’d say Sunset has a great team including the folks behind the scenes to bring a great product to market. Glad I found them! More
