My only issue was that they offered a ridiculously low amount for our possible trade in, so we didn't use it as a trade. We sold it to a private individual for 6 times what they offered two days later, the first person who came to see it bought it. I know it was an older vehicle, but was just miffed that since we had no trade in, we had no down payment and that made the loan be more and for a longer amount of time. More
