Justin greeted me quickly very professional stated that the service can be completed in about 90 minutes they were close. As it was explained to me if there was a need to repair then there is not cost; but the fact that there was no need for a repair; and that should be a good thing it cost me $98.00 which I believe is wrong !!!! I chose to protect my investment by spending the $2000.00 for the extended warranty this cost should be covered by Ford Motor Co, More
