From the moment we pulled into the service department until the time we drove away, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and respectful. They kept us informed throughout the process, providing updates on the work being completed and letting us know how much longer it would take. That level of communication made the visit stress-free and showed they truly value their customers’ time. The service department went above and beyond, and we left completely satisfied. We also purchased our vehicle brand new from Marianna Nissan, and our salesperson, Eddie Corbett, made the buying experience just as exceptional. Eddie was incredibly courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It’s easy to see that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have the best experience possible. Ive been a customer at Marianna Nissan for many years. In my opinion they have the best service department anywhere. Appointments are easy to make and when Ive had emergency issues they got our vehicle In my opinion they have the best service department anywhere. They keep in touch with the customer to let you know the status of your vehicle while it's their care and when it will be ready. They even text.you status updates on your vehicle with walk around videos. More

Justin was very helpful and attentive. Inspection video was great, easy to make a decision on the cabin filter and saved me from having to purchase and install myself.
