I am very pleased that Marianna Nissan kindly agreed to repair the broken wheel lock. I am however disappointed that it was not fixed before they decided to put the vehicle on the lot to sell. I also did not like the idea of the vehicle not being cleaned on the inside nor washed on the outside. I'm going to have to pay a detailer to get it cleaned up. The ceiling had stains all over in various areas and just an overall look someone knew that is what was needed to be done. I was hoping to be reimbursed for all of the lug nuts that needed to be replaced as well. I spent over $200 for all of them. More

This was the overall most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a new truck, the Nissan Frontier should be it. The price of vehicle was fair. The trade-in value they gave for my vehicle was a little more than fair. My sales person Megan was awesome and not pushy whatsoever. Ask for her if you plan to buy from them. Marissa in the finance office was a little pushy (but that’s her job) when it came to trying to sell me a useless extended warranty, but overall the finance side of the deal was a a lot better than some dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. Just remember that when it comes to drugs, orange cats, and extended warranties, just say no. If you're in the panhandle and in the market for a Nissan, Marianna Nissan is the place to go. More
