We originally came in to look at a black-on-black 4Runner that was still in transit, but Justin took the time to walk us through several different options that were available on the lot. He gave us plenty of space to look at the vehicles, answer our questions, and make our own decision. At no point did it feel like a sales pitch—it felt like he genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the different trims, colors, and features, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision.
