Was supposed to get friends and family discount for financing through Toyota, did not see that and 10 days later they had a 1.9% financing deal. Not up front and honest about stuff and rush you through the process and then tell you to deal with the financing office which said they had nothing to do with overall pricing. Management. There is terrible, and can't get a hold of anybody.

Still awaiting a message from the owner of Byers Toyota in Delaware Ohio. Every time I have been there I have asked to speak to him. Was told by the sales that he would have been in on Saturday when I purchased a truck he wasn't there. Had issues before spoke with general manager Todd and sales manager Brian about the Toyota discount for financing with them. Now I have a busted tire and I have wheel and tire protection. Your service department told me they do not cover the tire or fixing it or replacing it or anything. I inform them that I have the wheel and tire several times and they inform me that they will do a one-time repair patch. This is not what's in the warranty. I want a new tire and I want the Toyota financing friends and family that I was promised addressed by the owner. I also expect my new mat cover as they tried to get away with giving me one that had issues. I also expect them to not try to do me one over on the tonneau cover as they tried to sell me one for $1,300 and in Columbus at the other Toyota dealership they sell it for $ $1,047. This has not been a fun process at all with this dealership and I cannot get answers or anyone to do anything. It took me showing up at the dealership 3 weeks later as I had called at least three times a week and given a different answer each time as to why the bed mat was not addressed or ordered or done anything until I've sent two messages on two different sites and the calls and spoke to Jeff finally and Jeff addressed this after 3 weeks and then the map that I got still had a scratch in it. I want the owner and I want these items addressed.

The financing issue is not a concern. This was a promise from your salesman that Toyota gives family and friends discount for financing with Toyota. Otherwise I would have used my USAA and got a better rate. The bed mat issue is still not finished as they said they ordered a third one. And now I have a patched tire. I spoke with the Toyota dealership and my friend that works for Toyota and the warranty works as replace tire. Not we charge you to patch a tire. We're doing you a favor. It would have costed $ $170 but will give you a one-time over. This is not correct. This is not what is in the warranty and this is not what I've been told by another Toyota employee that deals with this on day-to-day. I should have been given the tire and it should have been replaced. The financing issue should have been fixed, and the bed mat. I have had it 2 weeks ago. And I would have got the tonneau cover but your employee tried to do me one over and put it at 1300 instead of the $1,047 that the other dealership sells it for.
Justin was a very easy person to work with.
I'd recommend that if anyone goes to Byers to request him!

However, nobody in Parts could figure out what the parking assist was. They said that they don’t have anything like that. Also, I think they were in a rush to get the car prepared. When I brought the car home and was reviewing the features, the air pressure in the tires were at 45 to 48 psi. I didn’t know any different but my son said that it’s too high. He checked the door and they should be at 35 or 36. So he fix that for me. I think that could have been caught by the people that prepare the car for pick up.
