We had a great experience with this dealership, for the most part. We drove past a Honda dealership in our town because of the greater discount offered through Perks at Work at Indy Honda. Our daughter purchased a new Fit from this salesperson a few weeks before we went. I liked the way she was treated. When we went for our appointment there was some confusion as to whether or not our salesperson was in the building. Then there was also confusion as to whether or not the vehicle we wanted to look at was on the lot. Our salesperson did arrive on time for our scheduled appointment. He determined that the orange HR-V was indeed on the lot even though we had been told it was not by at least two different people. We were starting to get frustrated, then our guy found the correct vehicle. More

Was supposed to fix the squealing noise in my front tire before I bought the car, said it was tires but it wasn’t, got home and had to wait 3 weeks before could get my car back to dealer, didn’t now charge before I bought the car, said it was tires but it wasn’t, got home and had to wait 3 weeks before could get my car back to dealer, didn’t now charged me 120 to lube and fix the retaining pin on pads, Should have been free. Sales guy said he would fix it, now saying he never said that. Won’t recommend him anymore...... highly disappointed More
