I was there for 4 hours and kept getting left the whole time. They were busy but don't tell me you'll have me in and out if you can't. I was supposed to get a follow up call for repairs on a car I purchase time. They were busy but don't tell me you'll have me in and out if you can't. I would recommend but I would emphasize to them to be straight up and honest. Update- I had to take my car in to repair damage to the bumper, as agreed upon at purchase. I was told it would maybe be done on Saturday, then told Monday, then I was finally told it was ready on Tuesday. Each time I text in the morning and had to text again in the afternoon for an update. Well, they brought it to me and the bumper was still loose and not even fixed! It is beyond me how they would bring it to me without it even being properly fixed. On top of that I have had to resign the forms 3 times. Not a good experience at all. I feel like I should receive a deduction in price for all the issues and delays on this. More
