The prices of the cars shown online versus the prices they quote are thousands of dollars off. The numbers they quoted didn't make sense, even though they were accounting for discounts. I've been to better Buick dealerships that are accommodating to frontline workers. When you ask them about how the sales price changes drastically, they become defensive and rude. Kevin Moore became illiterate over email because I wrote the place a one-star review. When I tried to call them again to see if I could recover from the one bad experience, Patti was rude and refused to give me information on leasing. PS: The Liberty package deal is a fancy name for paying for advertisements. Charging $1400+ in advertisements is a scam. Be careful with dealing with this dealership, by far the rudest salespeople I've come across. More

Brandon and Kevin made this experience truly easy and fun. They stayed late to complete the transaction and did not make me feel rushed despite the fact that it was long after closing time.
