They were friendly, responsive, fair, responsible, and they really worked with me. I appreciated their willingness to make the deal happen. Well done! No one pressures you to buy a car like other dealers when you are waiting for your car to be serviced! All the salesmen treat you with respect and aren't down your throat to buy a car. Chances are your in a car dealership to buy a car, they get that, there not going to swarm in on you to get you to buy! I get my daughters' and my car serviced there and the whole place is just amazing. Joe, my salesman, Justin,the manager the finance manager,Mike, the lot guy, the service advisors, Lauren, and Mike and Joe, the mechanics and the detailers, the ladies in the office, all are friendly. (Sorry I am bad with names). Plus I was so excited about my new Denim VW convertible, I wasn't remembering anything else! Thank you to Joe and your team for making the car buying and car servicing experience a pleasant one! Did I say I just live my new little convertible! You'll see me for service but don't think I'll be buying a car for me any time soon. I just love my new little blue Jean car! Most horrible dealer in the US possibly the world! These guys will lie and over charge you for fees they cannot explain. We paid over $700 in unexplainable fees.
