Switched Quotes ery poor experience. We dealt with their online Manager, Karissa. She sent my husband a quote on a car we were interested for my daughter. However, sh ery poor experience. We dealt with their online Manager, Karissa. She sent my husband a quote on a car we were interested for my daughter. However, she kept trying to sell him a car that was less money. We all the way down to Neptune. My daughter test drove the car and was very excited. They brought out two different quotes that were totally different. They told us the quote we received was for the "other" car (cheaper) that we never wanted. It seems that they brought another car into the picture to lure us down there with one price, then switch to another and we all know what that is called. I emailed the manager, Justin multiple times and he did not even have the managerial skills to return my email or call my husband. Needless to say, we took our business (and many friends and family) elsewhere. My daughter was very disappointed, but it was a life lesson learned. Save yourself the trip! More

From the time I stopped in to test drive the car, to the day of the sale (seamless transaction 30 minutes) to the few times I've had to call with some simple questions. Roy has gone above and beyond. Just the other day I had a question about the instrument panel Roy returned my call and answered my e-mail quickly with simple instructions that solved the problem. To me when anyone returns a call and answers and e-mail promptly that's the essence of someone who really cares about their customer whatever business they may be in.
