We helped the finance department fix the original mistake on our dime to then run into more issues after and in return they were not willing to help us! SHAME ON YOU! With 13 lawsuits under their belt already, I do not think anyone should buy a vehicle at any cost, you will regret it! Contacted by the Executive Specialist in hopes that we would be compensated so that we can keep the car, turns out to be an update of our agreement with dealership that they are picking up the car. Nothing else and an apology that was not very sincere! More

I set up an appointment to come check it out and arrived 10 minutes before the closed... the gentleman the helped me named Dean made it a very pleasent and easy car buying process. He even got me a cheaper rate than I had came to the dealership with! Something that made this experience above and beyond.. I traded in my Hyundai and left a pretty expensive pair of Ray Bans in my center console.. my man Dean had them shipped to me overnight and even paid for the shipping! These guys rock! More

It was the third dealership I had visited that weekend, and I really didn't have much patience let alone faith left that I would find the car/deal I would be happy with. I was pleasantly surprised at how different this dealer was from the previous I had visited. Everyone was knowledgable and professional. The one thing that made exceptional was that the sales guy Leonard actually listened to what my wants and needs were. He was upfront, there were no surprises and very efficient. The process took less than an hour. My wife and I went out to eat, and when we came back the car was pretty and ready to go. Leonard went over all my questions about the car, and showed me some cool stuff about the cc. It was the first time I ever went to this dealer. It's a bit of a hike for me, but good service wins out. I got a great deal and the car I wanted. I will be taking my car there for service as well. More

GREAT FIRST TIME BUYING EXPERIENCE My fiance and I were in the market for a pre-owned truck. I called World VW to inquire about one in their lot. However, it was out of our reach... I t My fiance and I were in the market for a pre-owned truck. I called World VW to inquire about one in their lot. However, it was out of our reach... I told the sales man what exactly was looking for and he said they would call me... I honestly forgot I even spoke to them.. In just a few days I received a phone call from World VW and a very friendly voice informed me that they have a truck in their lot that fits us perfectly.. I made an appointment and came... I was greeted by my sales man Joseph G. Scarpino. I have to say he was the most friendliest and most informative person we have ever dealt with! He made us feel comfortable and at ease and totally felt like he was on "our side"... I told him about the nightmare that we had experience at an other dealer (toyota of lakewood) months ago and he assured us we were in great hands.. We told him exactly the number we needed to be at and our terms. He GOT THEM EXACTLY all with in 45 minutes of us being there. Once we signed and drove away with our beautiful truck, we noticed a couple of things that we were not happy with, I called our sales man, and he told us to turn right around and bring the truck back... We did... Not only did they fix everything we wanted addressed, the manager handed us the keys to a brand new VW with no questions asked... He apologized for the inconvenience, and we would be called as soon as the truck was fixed! Hands down, the best people, best dealer, best service you could ever ask for and will by far exceed your expectations. We will be returning in a couple of months to purchase a second vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend World VW for what ever New VW or Used car or Truck you might be in the market for! If they don't have it.... They will find it for you.. They surely did it for me.. No Nonsense with a Smile! Back in May of 2014, my partner and I were looking to replace a car we had leased which was coming up on it's return date. Out of the three, one failed to call back, one was a decent price, but the price World quoted me was really, really good. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted with friendly smiles and attitudes. They were as pleased to get our custom as we were to give it. Roy Draper, our salesman was open, honest and friendly. The particular color we wanted was not in stock but Roy made sure it was delivered to the dealer in just 2 days. We picked up the car and couldn't be happier with it and our experience. More
