John my sales rep.was easy to deal with and very polite.Plus he`s a metal head also.Iron Maiden.Dave the finance guy was a total pro,justin the MGR. also. I will go back again. After leaving the Volkswagen in Shrewsbury, we had a very bad taste in our mouths about Volkswagen dealerships and salesmen. We decided to give it one more try and choose Neptune Volkswagen. We were greeted by Bob within minutes of arriving. David, Jon, Justin, and Bob were the most professional and courteous salesmen we had ever encountered. They were full of personality and very patient with the both of us. Bob answered all of our questions without ever making us feel as if we were a bother. The entire location was wonderful.
