Disappointed Encore only has 2100 miles so we waited to have the oil changed but found out we no longer qualified for the new purchase free oil and filter change. Ended up using a portion of our 21,000 bonus points. This Encore is the fifth vehicle purchased from Rainbow, 1 Pontiac, 3 Buicks and a Chevrolet.. Had a bad experience buying the Lucerne, shafted out of $400. . Said I would never go back to Rainbow, but there are desirable features in the Encore whereby a local purchase was more convenient for service. I will seek future service and purchases elsewhere. Total up to $460. Not good business practice to loose a customer over an oil change. Oliver Saucier More
