I’ve found whether it’s complimentary service or paid they do not include a car wash, which is often the norm for new Clean, well organized facility. Also, they could not have checked tire pressure, because 24 hours after leaving dealership low pressure indicators on all 4 tires. Also did not re-set service required indicator. They’re the most convenient dealer to my location, however with a nearby military base, customer retention may not be a concern. More
