Took Ionic 5 to get a key fob programmed and they did it well. However, the car was due for a tire rotation and an air filter change and no one called me to tell me that it was due. I forgot about it, so I well. However, the car was due for a tire rotation and an air filter change and no one called me to tell me that it was due. I forgot about it, so I should’ve brought it up. A bit more attention to detail is needed. Now I have to bring the car back and I have to drive 100 miles to get my car to the dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More

If you have to leave messages for service they don’t get returned. I left 4 no one returned. But, when the car was ready to be picked up I was called at the time to update and inform that was great. If only calls were returned or answered I know it’s busy and I’m sure short handed but that many and I hung up and kept trying to also get no response. More
