When my service appointment was made, they did not inform me that the service desk moved to the showroom. Then the oil change appointment was made for 3:30 but the car wasn’t finished until 5:30. We have con me that the service desk moved to the showroom. Then the oil change appointment was made for 3:30 but the car wasn’t finished until 5:30. We have continued to get subpar assistance from Hyundai since be purchased the car in 2019!!! Then before we left they said we Ned a new seal because we have an oil leak but they didn’t have the part! But had not problem charging me for the oil change! More
