I continue to return because I feel the servicing and sales transacti This was my 7th transaction with Sunshine with trading and purchasing vehicles. I continue to return because I feel the servicing and sales transactions beat other Toyota dealers. This last experience was different since we had to wait on a title for my trade in vehicle. Justin S helped along the way to make a purchase holding the vehicle I picked out for nearly two weeks for my title to arrive. The sale finally went through. In the sale was a set of Car Mats for my Avalon. The day of the sale I asked Justin about the Mats. He said they were on order. I hope I get a call when they arrive to make this sale complete as agreed upon? I’m sure that will happen. Once again I am satisfied with another deal from Sunshine and look forward to many more. Such a great experience Let me start off by saying that I had been working with 3 Toyota dealerships in hopes of finding the right vehicle for my family. Sunshine won us over Let me start off by saying that I had been working with 3 Toyota dealerships in hopes of finding the right vehicle for my family. Sunshine won us over completely! We were searching for a used van and after 5 months of looking and dealing with other dealerships that were a bit stuffy and promising more than they could deliver we ended up finding the perfect fit at Sunshine. Beyond this, when we went to go look at the vehicle we had our 1&2 year old in tow. The entire staff was so supportive trying to make the time go smoothly, even trying to help calm my tired fussy 1 year old. Our meeting wasn’t pompous it actually took place primarily outside so my 2 year old could be entertained enough for us to communicate our wishes. Justin listened to what we had to say and didn’t act like we were unrealistic in our hopes for the purchase, he simply did the best he could to get as close to what we wanted as possible and I can’t say the other dealerships did that. Most other dealerships were pompous and very stuffy during the barter phase and acted as though our wishes were beyond unreachable- Justin was awesome and won us over immediately. There was never an pressure to make a purchase before leaving, in fact it was 2 days later (out of convenience for us) that we made the deal. They were very laid back and willing to work with our schedule instead of trying to push us into making a deal. Their communication was great and the lines remained open and honest and we are very appreciative of the service we received at Sunshine. Our family of 4 is ready to become a family of 5 now that we were fit in the proper vehicle! Thank you Justin! More
